Finding Godly confidence in every stage of your life, is not always easy. Especially after having kids when your looks and body have changed.
I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.

I have quietly struggled with my confidence over the last 2 years. I hit an all-time low when I realized I had lost a lot of hair postpartum.
Having my son, truly put my body through it on multiple levels. He is 2 years old and I am still left with remnants from his birth.
I have lost count of the number of times I have been asked if I am pregnant. Which only made me dislike my body that much more.

But glory be to God my new position working partially in an office and remotely, has helped me learn to dress my body. Which has helped me learn to love my body that much more.
Although I don’t think you should wait 2 years to love your body. I do want you to take this as your sign to find at least one outfit that makes you feel beautiful and wear it just because.
You deserve to look in the mirror and feel beautiful. Because you are inside and outside.
I know you want to be snatched. You want to wear those clothes you wore umpteen years ago. But girl whatever your body went through whether it was giving birth, health issues, aging, etc.
Please believe me when I say you are beautiful and blessed. When I think about the people who aren’t here because of health issues. The mothers who passed at birth. The women who passed before their prime.
I am grateful to wear the crowning remnants of childbirth. I hope today you will be grateful to wear the remnant of your crown.
As someone who struggled to find confidence after having kids. Taking a small step every day like getting dressed and doing your hair makes a difference.
You can’t always fake confidence sometimes you have to start outward and work your way inward to make a lasting change.
